Terms and Conditions (AGB)
- With the booking of offers and services of Gong and Healing – Ivan Hochstrasser these terms and conditions are unconditionally recognized in all points.
- Cancellation of group events and individual appointmentsYour registration is binding, even if you register online or pay on site. The participation fee must be paid even if you do not show up. Your place is reserved once payment has been received. Payment is due at the time of registration. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation period is two days. This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
- Cancellation and Payment for Gong Training Courses, Gong Sound Nights and WorkshopsRegistration is binding and the course fee must be paid even if you do not attend. A place is only guaranteed after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within five days of receipt of the registration confirmation.Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full participation fee is due. This rule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation of Gong Group EventsCancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation period is two days. This rule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Coupons & DiscountsOnly one voucher can be used per participant. Free tickets are only valid for the first visit.
- Cancellation & ChangesFor organizational reasons, we reserve the right to change the venue and/or date. For important reasons, such as illness of the instructor, we reserve the right to change the advertised dates and venues. If we cancel an event or course, we will reimburse the course fee or rebook the course to another date at no charge. Further claims (accommodation/travel) are excluded.
- Cancellation & Late PaymentIf the student cancels the course, no refunds will be given and the full course fee will be due. In case of late payment, the entire outstanding amount plus a reminder fee of CHF 20.00 will be due.
- LiabilityParticipation in the events is at your own risk.
- Photography/FilmingDuring events, training courses, seminars and workshops, photographs or films may be taken and used for advertising purposes. If this is not desired, please let us know. Participants may not photograph or film other participants or instructors without prior consultation and approval.
- severability clauseShould any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
- place of jurisdictionThe place of jurisdiction is Affoltern am Albis (Switzerland, Canton of Zurich), Swiss law applies.
